The questions homeowners actually ask before they hand over a set of keys. If yours is not here, ask us directly and you will get a straight answer rather than a sales page.
Because we put it in writing instead of asking you to take our word for it. A fixed price before anything starts, one person you deal with throughout, your home left clean every night, photo updates every week, and start and finish dates in the contract. Ask for our licence and insurance certificate on the first visit, and hold us to all five.
Not unless you change it, or we open a wall and find something genuinely hidden, like rot or unsafe wiring. If that happens you see photos and a written cost before we touch it. You will never get a surprise line on a final invoice.
A bathroom is usually two to four weeks, a kitchen four to eight, and an addition several months. You get a start and finish date in the contract before we begin, and floors covered, dust contained and tools cleared at the end of every working day.
Yes. We carry New Jersey Home Improvement Contractor registration and full liability insurance, and we will hand you copies on the first visit without being asked. If any contractor hesitates when you ask for those, that tells you something.
Central and South Jersey and the Philadelphia area, including Cherry Hill, Moorestown, Haddonfield, Marlton, Medford, Mount Laurel, Voorhees and Princeton. If you are just outside that, ask anyway.
